Brody trials

I would throw the ball in the river; Brody would swim out, grab it; then bring it back. He would do this for as long as I would throw it. One day, after I threw the ball in, he took a few steps, put his foot on a rock then dragged it ashore. Once on dry land, he would bark and claw at the rock, then look at me.

Brody, once found a dry creek bed, in an Arizona desert.  He looked at me as to ask, "where's the water?"  He found a rock and began barking and

dragging it.

After a vigorous playtime; he rests. Brody would rather be in the mountains, but will find places to play in the desert.
